Once kRO has finished downloading and you extracted everything, find packet_db.txt located in rAthena/db/ and open it in a text editor.
Goto the bottom of the file and add the following information and save:

Once that is done, open the clientinfo.xml located in your data folder/GRF with a text editor and change the version to 47.
Now go to rAthena/src/common/mmo.h: Find #define PACKETVER 20130807 and replace the number with 20140205
Save the file and recompile your server.
