If less than 200 people like your Page, and you're an admin or editor, you can change the name of your Page:
 
    Click Settings at the top of your Page
    Click Page Info in the left column
    Click Name and enter a new name
    Click Save Changes
 
If 200 or more people like your Page, and you're an admin, you may be able to submit a request to change your Page's name:
 
    Click Settings at the top of your Page
    Click Page Info in the left column
    Select Update Page Info
    Click Name and click Request Change
    Fill out the form and click Send
 
If 200 or more people like your Page, you can only change your Page's name once. If your request is approved, you won't be able to change your Page's name again. If you don't see the option to submit a request, it might mean:
 
    You're not an admin
    Another admin on your Page submitted a request in the past
    This option isn't currently available in your location
