Music as long as it’s not TOO LOUD
Cold drink(no sugar or caffeine)
Comfy clothes:  
Most funny/humor stuff/COMEDY helps a lot!   Even if it’s just memes.  
Just Standing up sometimes
spending time with cats
Food(makes weight loss VERY HARD because it works better than anything else, even benzos)
the RIGHT video games
The right stuff on TV/youtube/etc
Journal more/Writing and lists
Walking around decreases anxiety. 
massages, even taking turns with someone
Music with eyes closed chilling on the couch
not cleaning maybe, but stuff BEING clean, definitely
